If you find the Zero Gravity Chair product is damaged or unsatisfactory when you receive our Zero Gravity Chair, you can return it for a refund within 30 natural days.

If you receive the Zero Gravity Chair more than 30 natural days, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
