1.Which regions support delivery
Currently, we only support orders from the United States.
Our warehouse address is 11 Simmonsville Rd, Bluffton, South Carolina, and your Zero Gravity Chair products will be shipped from there after you place your order.

3. Order processing time and delivery time.
Our service hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-6:00 pm (EST).
For all US orders, we will process within 1-3 business days.
Orders end at 6:00 pm each day, and orders placed after 6:00 pm will be prioritized for processing starting at 8:00 am the next business day.
Orders placed after 6:00 pm on Friday will be prioritized to begin processing on the following Monday.
Our delivery time is 6-12 business days, if there are holidays or major events delivery events will be delayed.
4. What about long order processing and long delivery times?
You can check the progress of your order in your account order details after you purchase Zero Gravity Chair products on our website, we will process your order within 1-3 business days after we receive your Zero Gravity Chair product purchase notice, there will be a delay if we encounter holidays, if the order is processed for more than ten business days without special circumstances, please contact us.
We will arrange a refund for you not to ship or help you check whether the order has been shipped.

You can contact us by email at [email protected] and we will check and process your order for you as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel your order, we will arrange a refund for you and the amount you paid will be returned to your payment account.
5. Product packaging and sign-off
Our Zero Gravity Chair products will be wrapped in waterproof thickened carton, you should check carefully after receiving the courier, please check whether the packaging is intact before signing for it.
If there is any Zero Gravity Chair products damage, please contact us in time, we will handle it for you.
We hope that you sign for it yourself.
If someone else signs for it, please ensure that your package will not be lost.
If the package is rejected for customer reasons (non-quality issues), the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If your Zero Gravity Chair products is lost in transit, we will help you contact the courier company for processing.
6. Sales tax
Sales tax is the responsibility of the customer.
We accept the following credit card payment methods: We use stripe as the payment method, and stripe supports Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and American Express.
Customers with a US billing address will not be charged until the order is processed for shipping.
However, a credit card authorization hold will occur when the order is placed.
